Well that's a lot of work because learning how to color is something by instinct and years of experience... Here is something that can help, most artists would go back to basic and read books related to their problem. An example would be if I want to look for a good look for an Anime drawing,I would look at old Japanese prints to get design elements for artwork. Now the tricky part is to use the elements of what I got from the print and making them originally your own drawing.

well, i'm not really used to the tools yet. so that pretty much tells everything. i've just started to use photoshop and i'm trying to get a pen tablet, if it does make coloring or drawing on the computer easier. sorry to be bothering but i'd just like to know the basics of photoshop. so far, i can color one layer, after that i cannot continue ^_^ll

OH! why didn't you state that... well I would recommend using a pen but it will also take practice because depending on the brand of pen and tablet some pens are sensitive and can damage easily.
